Your Goals plus Fifteen Minutes Can Change Your Life

Do you really want to reach your life goals and fulfill your dreams? Are you willing to take fifteen minutes each day to review and rewrite your goals for the day?

I am sure you want to achieve your goals otherwise you would not have picked them. So why not join me in spirit each day and write down your goals to impress them on your subconscious mind and to help you focus on achieving them each day.

Once you start doing this each day make a note in your day timer or agenda to look back over your goal achievement progress two weeks from the time you start. In most cases you will see you have made progress. Congratulations in advance.

Personally, it takes me a maximum of fifteen minutes each day to review and write again my goals and I find it is an excellent way for me to make sure my focus is where it needs to be. You will not be surprised to know that when I started to review my goals each day one of my goals was to make sure each day I reviewed and wrote out my goals. Goal Achieved!
