You can and the way you do this is by the habits you perform everyday. Your eating habits create a large part of your health, your habitual way of thinking controls your happiness, your habitual way of serving other people will impact your prosperity in more ways than you can imagine.
The great news is that you can consciously create or negate a habit.
Personally, I have learned again and again. If I want to make my life better I have to change my habits.
