In Europe, more than one in four workers is affected by a work related stress (European Agency for Health and Safety at Work) In Canada, Stress problems are estimated to be costing Canadian businesses and employers $5 billion a year (Canadian Life and Health Magazine). It is not a local issue, work stress is a global issue.
