Christelle is an active yoga student and teacher and although she does not have a yoga website she wanted to get out the word on eco friendly yoga mats so she could direct other yoga students to a source she knows about. I offered to place this helpful yoga mat review here since I am happy to share information that is going to support you in your quest for improved well being.

As Christelle and I discovered there are a number of eco friendly earth friendly yoga mats available. This is good news since many of the cheap yoga mats are often made from petroleum by products that do not biodegrade and simply contribute to the creation of garbage once there yoga life span is completed. They can’t be very good for your health either.

So sit back and relax and check out the seven eco friendly yoga mats reviewed below. Remember with some yoga mats their is a possible allergy issue since some yoga mats contain latex or rubber

Photos Carnaval de Nice Nice Carnival Our Blue Planet

My family and I were in Nice and we got to see this years Carnival. The theme of the Carnival this year is Our Blue planet. The photos I have posted below show the display on many of the chariots is centered on health and wellness or the lack of it in our world. We even saw many of the chariots were foot powered.

Like many people I do my best to tread lightly on our earth (My family and I eat local and organic, recycle, I write e books etc) so we embraced this years theme. We hope you will enjoy these photos and email the link to this posting to friends. More city’s in the world could have a show like this. Please spread the word!
