How to Keep Your Mind in Prime Condition

Great athletes know that their body needs water to function at its mental and physical peak. Whether you are an athlete or not the same rule applies. During the day as you work on nourishing you life your body and mind need you to take in water to keep you in your prime mental and physical condition. Avoid only drinking diuretics – substances that pull water out of the body’s cells, for example, alcohol, tea and coffee, as your only source of fluid intake during the day. Even if you drink juices you still need to drink pure water to get the maximum from your mind and body.
