Practice, Practice, Practice

Practice is one of the most obvious ways to nourish your everyday habits that create health and happiness and it is also most likely the single most overlooked step. Too many people (and in the past myself included) have bought books, attended seminars and never practiced what was learned.

Indeed, learning from other people’s experience (like reading this book) is a great way to shorten the time needed to learn a skill but it is only half way there since once you have tools to create a skill and get results you need to practice, practice and practice the knowledge you have learned. For example, there is no point in reading about Brian Tracy’s superb idea to write your goals down daily to imprint them in your subconscious mind if you read about this idea and do not practice it.
