Another nourishing step to help you stay aware of what is helping you reduce stress and increase success in your business and personal life is to establish a daily review time before you go to bed. During this review time you write down significant lessons you learned from that day. This ‘journaling’ of events helps imprint in your memory valuable life lessons you have learned and allows you to have notes to return to so you know what may work in a future when a similar situation occurs.

If you complete the day and have no big life experiences that happened still take the time to write down one success you had no matter how small it is. This will help boost your positive outlook on life.
