Relax or Get Stress by Drinking Wine

Got stress cracks like the bottle above? Well, there are many different ways you can take to get relaxed. A glass of wine in moderation can be good.

But if you enjoy a glass of wine to relax with the hopes of obtaining some additional physical benefits you need to read this. A recent study shows that white wine can create damage to your body in particular your teeth. White wine is much more acidic than red wine.

But there is a solution if you prefer to drink white over red.

Professor Damine Walmsley of the British Dental Association says “Consuming wine alongside food, rather than on its own, means the saliva you produce as you chew helps to neutralize its acidity and limits its erosive potential”
