Life Changing Books


Hi, After I presented at a recent conference in Canada I received a number of requests from attendees to recommend some books I have read that I feel made an important difference in my life and I am happy to share.

Among the many books I have read during my life there are a certain number that stand out and that I continue to read and re-read.

The books include As a Man Thinketh by James Allen, Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill and The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy. These two taught me a lot about how the mind works and how to nourish my mind correctly.

If you like the idea of a book that offers alot of information on personal development in two formats: one part in lecture style, the second part shares the ideas in the plot of a story you will like the book The One Minute Millionaire. The title makes some people unsure since it sounds like the book is all about money but the book is in fact a book about creating abundance in all areas of your life so you can then turn to helping others reach their dreams.

Another book that really helped me understand how to better relate to, and support my children is the book Mind Power for Children by John Kehoe.

A book that really helped me get a huge amount of information about what is in our foods and how each part of each food works in my body is Prescription for Nutritional Healing.

A book I highly recommend for anyone who wants to learn more about the Art of Mindfullness is Peace is Every Step.

A superb book on the importance of water to our everyday health and wellness is Your Body’s Many Cries for Water.
