I have had the honor of being interviewed on the Canadian National Radio station CBC on how to increase health, wellness and success in the workplace.

I wrote as a contributing writer to the North Shore News for two years writing articles on healthy living. I have also had articles published in The Healing Journal and a Coaching magazine. One of my books has been reviewed in Common Ground Magazine and Health and Vitality Magazine.
