How to Simple Daily Gratitude List

I have learned from many mentors that I need to be grateful in my life otherwise I start to miss the beauty of what I have all around me. They are right.

To help myself I have developed several techniques that are rituals for me and I do them mentally everyday.

Today I learned another technique.

I heard Tim Ferriss being interviewed and he described his daily ritual of Gratitude.

He said:

First thing in the morning and last thing at night take a pen and paper and write down 3 things you are grateful for.

To help make this a habit I suggest you buy a notebook and pen and leave it beside your bed.

In time you will have a journal of all the wonderful parts of your life.

Note: you can be grateful for anything: the friends you have, the air you breath….

This practice can help you feel great about your days.
