In less than one minute you will have read four steps that can nourish your success and wellness. Here goes:

One
Enter each day by reading a book that is inspiring and leave each day the same way.

Two
Make sure you get outside each day in the fresh air to do an activity you enjoy for at least 30 minutes per day rain or shine.

Three
Drink the right amount of water and eat foods that work well in your body.

Four
Learn to respect your need for sleep and nap during the day if needed.
